BYC RETAINS THE JAZZ CUP TROPHY!

What an incredible Jazz Cup weekend! 

A huge thank you to Don Kerr for all of his hard work, time, and dedication in putting together such a fantastic event. Events like Jazz Cup take an enormous amount of coordination behind the scenes, and Don did an amazing job bringing it all together.

We also want to thank every one of our BYC volunteers and Board Members who gave their time and energy throughout the weekend. From preparations to welcoming guests, working behind the bar, and keeping everything flowing smoothly, your efforts ensured that BYC showed well, flowed well, and was a club we could all be proud of. It truly takes a team, and you delivered!

A very special THANK YOU to our amazing BYC staff! Weekends like Jazz Cup mean bigger crowds, longer hours, and a lot of moving pieces, and our team stepped up in a big way. They came together, worked incredibly hard, supported one another, and made sure our members and guests had a great experience. We are so fortunate to have a staff that cares so much about BYC and always rises to the occasion.

Another huge thank you to the Grigas family, Natalya and Mike for putting together such an amazing — and delicious — Sailors’ Send-Off! It was the perfect way to start race day and send our sailors out onto the water well-fed, energized, and feeling the support of their BYC family. Your time, effort, and hospitality made it truly special!

And finally… HUGE congratulations to Adam Paul and David Stellato and Crew aboard Living Happy for bringing the Jazz Cup trophy home to Benicia Yacht Club for the second year in a row!  Back-to-back champions! What an accomplishment and what a wonderful way to represent BYC!
